Study On Evaluation Indicator And Method Of Urban Road Walking System

With the improvement of the living standard,the development trends of travel patterns are diversified.Meanwhile,the traffic problems become more and more serious.The decline in the proportion of walking travel and the increased proportion of car trips have been caused by the imperfections of walking road facilities and walking environment.The road walking system plays an important role in the urban traffic system.And it is also the key point of the development of green traffic system.In recent years,the planning and relevant theoretical research of road walking system have gradually attracted the attention of people.However,superior road walking system deserves further exploration.The evaluation indicator of urban walking system is of great significance to the improvement and establishment of benign urban walking system.In this paper,taking urban road walking system for research objects,the evaluation model is studied.The evaluation indicator is divided into three kinds:operation level,infrastructure level and environmental level.And quantitative method is used to study the calculation and gradation standard of index and analyze the method of comprehensive evaluation.This research mainly includes the following contents:Firstly,it is essential to do research and sort out the theoretical basis in this paper.The paper studies the analysis of walking traffic from three aspects of definition,location and feature analysis.By analyzing the composition and characteristics of urban road walking system,design principles are presented and system requirements are clarified.Secondly,based on system requirements,indexes are selected using the cross-analysis method.The preliminary indexes are optimized with Expert Scoring Method in order to explore the final evaluation indicator.The evaluation indicator is divided into three kinds:operation level,infrastructure level and environmental level.Combined with the calculation of each index,the evaluation standards of the indexes are ascertained based on the specification method,the mapping method,the comprehensive analysis method to obtain the corresponding evaluation grade of urban road walking system.Through analyzing the application scopes of common evaluation methods,the Data Envelopment Analysis based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method has been proposed to evaluate the urban road pedestrian system.Afterwards,the validity of urban roads would be obtained to achieve the coordination degree of facilities,environment level and operation level.Finally,taking Sanlihe and Jinrongjie area of Beijing as an example,the paper evaluates the urban road walking system in this area.According to the classification results and the evaluation conclusion,the paper defines the area where should be improved,and tests the scientificity and applicability of evaluation indicator and evaluation method of urban road walking system.
