Study On The Quality Evaluation Index System And Standards Of The Farmland Conrete Canal Project

The quality evaluation of the farmland concrete canal project is an important issue in the field of irrigation and water conservancy channel project quality management.It is meaningful to establish a complete quality evaluation system of irrigation and water conservancy channel project,and it is significant for improving the quality of water-saving irrigation projects.Based on a comprehensive analysis of connotation about irrigation and water conservancy channel project quality,this paper studied the theoretical of small-scale farmland irrigation and water conservancy concrete channel project quality evaluation deeply and conduct systematic practice.This paper analyzed the current situation and characteristic of irrigation and water conservancy channel project quality management,and point out that small farmland concrete canal project should be conducted throughout the whole process.It quality should include not only the result of the project,but also the project itself.People should work with the raw material of the project,and not be constrained to the actual quality of the project,but should include the project deed quality management.With the study of an amount of references and expertise knowledge,and the field research and expert opinion surveys,this paper construct quality evaluation system which reflect the connotation of irrigation and water conservancy channel project.On this basis,through the existing national standard specification and a reference field trips research and expert opinion survey,this paper put out a detailed evaluation standard which can be refereed and used.With the consideration of a large number of qualitative indicators for the system,therefore the AHP was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index.Eventually,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the project.Finally,with the combination of reality,the evaluation model was proved to be full of applicability and operability.With the in-depth analysis and research on the evaluation index system,combined with the experience and expertise of the engineering practice,this paper put out a simplified evaluation model.Through the calculated of engineering examples,and mutual authentication of both models,this paper come up with that the simplified evaluation system has a strong practical and operable characteristic.
