With the increasing demand of the vehicles and rapid development of the road transportation industry,which has brought more and more serious pressure on traffic safety environment,and also more traffic accidents.The highway serial traffic accidents are the most serious,most of these accidents are caused by the joint unbalance of “man-vehicle-road-environment”.More in-depth analysis of such accidents found that they are usually CRTI(Chains of Road Traffic Incident),which are combined by a series of continuous separate traffic events,if a “chain” can be blocked before a series of traffic accidents happen,it will be able to effectively block the CRTI in early risk of accident.Therefore,finding the related theories and methods of CRTI blocking and carry out the research on the evaluation methods of CRTI blocking system have become an important breakthrough to further reduce the loss of highway traffic accidents,and the evaluation of CRTI blocking efficiency can feedback the running status of the blocking system in real-time,keep the program expert library updated in time,and constantly improve the block prototype system.In the environment of internet of vehicles(IOV),vehicles can fully perceived the complex traffic environment,traffic environment information and vehicle state can easily and accurately obtained.The research related to the CRTI blocking and efficiency evaluation need to obtain driving information through IOV environment.The technology of IOV can provide reliable technical guarantee for the research of efficiency evaluation method of CRTI blocking system.This paper is based on the research of the correlation theory of CRTI blocking,and based on the Ministry of Transport Project(project number:2013-364-836-900):“Research on blocking method of CRTI and key technology of active safety integrated control system” and National Natural Science Foundation Project(project number:61573171):“ Research on the dynamic evolution law of CRTI and its blocking method under the environment of the IOV”for studying the efficiency evaluation method of CRTI blocking system.The evaluation method of CRTI blocking efficiency is an important part of the project.It can feedback the state information of the system in real time,update the blocking scheme and improve the CRTI blocking prototype system.This paper mainly includes the following 4 parts:(1)The development status of CRTI and IOV were systematically expounded,and the feasibility of CRTI blocking efficiency evaluation in IOV was analyzed.The causes and related theories of CRTI were deeply researched,which laid a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of CRTI blocking efficiency and the research of blocking prototype system.(2)The principles and ideas of selecting evaluation indexes were determined according to real-time evolution state of CRTI.A set of perfect evaluation index system was set up according to the evaluation indexes selected reasonably.Finally,a dynamic,qualitative and quantitative evaluation method based on the context aware of IOV was designed.(3)Through detailed analysis of the causes of CRTI,the “human-vehicle-road-environment” factors were divided into two categories according to the theory of the two kinds of risk sources;The risk degree models which can influence the possibility and severity of accidents were established by analyzing the relationship between risk sources and risk degree;A comprehensive evaluation function(cost function)model was established for achieving comprehensive evaluation of blocking efficiency;The blocking prototype system was analyzed for verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation methods and related models and algorithms in simulation experiments.(4)A CRTI simulation test platform based on the Prescan-Matlab /Simulink joint simulation software and Logitech G29 was established,and taken typical CRTI scene as an example to verify the security of blocking strategies and the effectiveness of the key models and the evaluation methods.The test results show that the blocking system can reduce the overall risk degree by 45%,and blocking success rate is over 90%.Finally,the traffic network was built in Prescan to verify whether the CRTI blocking efficiency can improve the road network traffic efficiency.The test results show that the evaluation of CRTI blocking efficiency can reduce the delay of road network parking by nearly 51%,and then reduce the total traffic delay.
