As the connection area between the air and the ground,the terminal area has complex traffic and the large workload of ATC,and it is of great significance to analyze the operation characteristics,explore the operation situation and law of the terminal area and quantify the efficiency of all aspects of the airspace planning and operation of the terminal area to allocate resources reasonably and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the terminal area.In order to construct a general evaluation indicator system,this paper uses the terminal area airspace planning operational efficiency as the target layer of the indicator system framework.Based on the authoritative reports and manuals at home and abroad,combined with China's requirements for civil aviation development in recent years,eight key performance areas of safety,capacity,efficiency,delay,environment,predictability,flexibility and airspace structure are selected as the framework of the indicator system.And through domestic and foreign research in various key performance areas,a total of 38 indicators are selected as the indicator layer of the indicator system framework.Then,in order to quantify the evaluation indicator system of terminal area airspace planning and operation,this paper designs indicator system based on the research report of 5-point Likere scale.Taking the air traffic controllers in Guangzhou terminal area as the research object,90 questionnaires are distributed and collected,and the SPSS statistical analysis software is used to process the questionnaire data to verify the reliability and validity of the indicator system.After that,the statistical model of the evaluation indicator of the airspace planning operation in the terminal area is constructed.Based on this model,this paper introduces the method of standardization processing of indicator data,and based on the comprehensive evaluation of the operational efficiency of the terminal area airspace using the state classification assessment method,the random forest algorithm is used to improve the extensional analytic hierarchy process.The feasibility and applicability of the model are verified by calculating the weights of each indicator and evaluating the operational efficiency of the Guangzhou terminal area and the Wuhan approach airspace.Finally,Visual Studio is used as the platform development evaluation system to provide a visualized radar chart of the criterion layer and the operation results of each indicator,and the performance of the Guangzhou terminal area and Wuhan approach airspace at the indicator level was further analyzed.Furthermore,the accuracy of the system evaluation results is verified by Monte Carlo simulation.
