Recently,with the fast scientific and technological advancement,high-speed railway development keeps breaking its own records with the help of technology.At the same time,in the context of the rapid passenger flow of high-speed railway system,the requirements for high-quality railway service are increasing day by day.Railway companies should follow up the dynamic changes of passengers' demand in time,and comprehensively grasp the overall satisfaction of passengers with high-speed railway passenger service,which is of great significance to enhance the quality and strength of railway passenger service and boost the railway company's share in the whole transport market.Those companies using other kinds of passenger transport modes have also seized the historical opportunity to accelerate their own development,and the competition in the passenger transport market is becoming increasingly fierce,high-speed railway company needs to seize the advantages of high service quality,and the market environment has put forward new challenges and higher requirements for Ha-Qi high-speed railway passenger service.On this basis,a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of Ha-Qi high-speed railway passenger service satisfaction is constructed to evaluate the quality of passenger service more reasonably and systematically,which aims to find problems and put forward efficient measures that can effectively improve the quality of service.The system is of great importance for the steady advancement of the competing ability of Ha-Qi high-speed railway.Firstly,this paper studies the relevant theories and scientific research results both at home and abroad systematically and comprehensively,it studies high-speed railway passenger service and the characteristics,and further evaluates the status quo of passenger service satisfaction of Ha-Qi high-speed railway.on Basis of the principle of designing the indicator system,this paper constructs the evaluation passenger service satisfaction indicator system of Ha-Qi high-speed railway,and carries out reasonable evaluation and screening of the relevant indicators.In different theories of multiple indicators quantification and index weight determination,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Quantitative evaluation indicators and the weight of evaluation indicators are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and factor analysis method.This paper then designs a survey plan of passenger service satisfaction of Ha-Qi high-speed railway,and makes a detailed investigation of the survey objectives,objects and contents.Based on this,a questionnaire of passenger service satisfaction of Ha-Qi high-speed railway is designed.Finally,taking the passenger satisfaction survey of Ha-Qi High-speed Railway in August 2018 as an example,this paper comprehensively analyses and evaluates the passenger service quality of Ha-Qi High-speed Railway by using the methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and quarterly matrix diagram,deeply analyses the specific problems at the present stage,and puts forward the corresponding concrete methods and strategies for improving the service quality.
