Digital oscilloscope is a very popular electronic measuring equipment,its basic purpose is that the voltage waveform can be displayed accurately as a function of time.In accordance with the requirements of national defense and war industry metrology verification,digital oscilloscope verification must be according to ?GJB 7691-2012 verification regulation for digital oscilloscope?,the verification items in the method of verification regulation has more than 10 items,each item must be checked one sensitivity by one,and there is large amount of data and fussy error calculation in long time manual verification.Due to the most oscilloscopes of academy have programmable interfaces,it is possible to use instrument program control technology to realize automatic verification.For these reasons,developing automatic verification system of digital oscilloscope is imperative.At first,the status quo of digital oscilloscope automatic verification in the domestic and overseas are analyzed in this paper,and the design scheme of the automatic verification system is put forward.The automatic verification system is composed by the hardwares such as FLUKE 5820 a oscilloscope calibration,checked digital oscilloscope,control computer,NI PCI-GPIB card,GPIB wire,printer.GPIB interface has stable performance,and easy to operate,and can satisfy the secrecy requirement of academy.The development of verification system software part will use Microsoft's Visual Basic 6.0,the digital oscilloscope's automatic verification and record and certificate's automatically generating have been realized.The verification system software adopted the idea that the modules are divided by the function,the used function is divided into two large parts,maintenance function and test function,corresponding respectively on the interface is designed with the menu and toolbar,the system function is clear and easy to use.Menu area mainly include five functions,basic information maintenance,programmed commands library,specification library,certificate and records Searching,the uncertainty calculation.the programmed commands library and specification library are the key function of the system,according to new digital oscilloscope by different manufacturers and different models,all that is needed is the maintenance of programmed commands and specification in the above two modules,than the automatic verification can be proceeded without the need for the changes of the software code.the maintainability of system is enhanced greatly.Toolbar is mainly the function that can be used in every test,such as record homepage information entering,verification items selected,instrument verification,and record certificate generating,the real-time display of test data in the instrument verification module is realized by the DATAGRID control of Visual Basic 6.0.Finally,the reliability of the system were evaluated by means of the comparison of automatic test and manual test results data,and repeatability and stability check.After a period of running and testing for many times,digital oscilloscope automatic verification system works steadily,and it can ensure the accuracy of data,increase the verification efficiency greatly and reduce labor costs,reduce the human error,effectively solve the current practical problems of academy,and improve the ability of metering guarantee.
