Turbogenerator is a multilayer and complicated generate electricity system, asking for highly reliability, economy and security. The advantage is that once it starts, the working time is long but the repair time is short. However, in case lamina of a certain layer or other accessories go wrong without accurate reparation in time, it probably cause large districts no industrial and residential electricity, so it will influence national economy indirectly. Furthermore, the good maintenance will prolong its life-span. Therefore, it is necessary to consider maintenance abundantly in the stage of design.This paper confirms the maintenance modeling criterion, describes quantitative and qualitative of its maintenance and establishes the evaluation index system of its maintenance in term of its fault and the relative theories of maintenance. After analyzing the existing maintenance modeling, the author sets up the maintenance properties modeling of MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) in the condition of disassembly or no disassembly. For Further study on its evaluation, it sets up the maintenance evolution project based on fuzzy methods and comprehensively evaluates certain qualitative index. During the course of evaluation, it turns the influence degree of its qualitative indexes into quantitative by AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method.In the maintenance evaluation, it needs to collect a large quantity data for the complicated configuration of steam turbine, so it designs the maintenance validation software to shorten the workload.Through this study, it constructs the teaching model of steam turbine maintenance, puts forward the importance of the maintenance elements at the stage of design and gives validation methods of steam turbine design. It is of some instructional significance to study maintenance design and verification of steam turbine.
