Analysis And Design Of Automatic Verification System Software Platform For Electronic Meterology

This paper introduces the procedure of artificial verification, calibration and test, which is designed with Visual Basic, and it also introduces the design method and implementation for automatic verification/calibration system software of electronic test instrument. Fundamentally, test instrument incorporated with the software system include test instrument on aspects of electrics, radio, time frequency, this greatly enhanced working efficiency of calibration, verification and test.This paper studies the analysis on definition, character and testing methods of electronic test instrument as well as the implementation of verification, calibration and test; and concludes hardware composing and principle framework of automatic calibration/verification/test system based on different test methods; on the basis of research on data communication bus technology of test instrument, control and data collection of common electronic instrument (GPIB interface, RS232serial interface, LAN interface supporting TCPIP/UDP and USB interface) are fulfilled via VISA I/O interface function. Open verification/calibration/test flow development platform is realized by applying test expert database technology based on dummy operation instruction system; and at last, set up automatic verification/calibration/test system of various kinds of electronic instrument (e.g. signal, oscilloscope, digital avometer, etc.), it has already been validated.
