Smart substation,as the core hub of modern power grid highly integrated of "power flow,information flow,business flow",is the focus of National Smart Grid Strategic Deployment.At present,smart substation has formed a standardized construction system.However,the depth of the use of information is still in the digital substation level.The results which achieved form information advanced application about smart evaluation,expert decision has not yet reached the desired level.In order to seek the simplicity of information,the existing substation monitoring system often lost a lot of event-related information artificially,Which make the information about the behavior of the device is incomplete.It is difficult to examine the substation phenomenon standing in the process of the point of view,Thus lose the ability to intelligently identify the anomalies and risks behind the information.Existing network message analyzers can support packet recording and analysis.However,it can't support some advanced features such as packet association analysis,device status associated display and evaluation analysis of device behavior,which failed to reflect the advantages of intelligence.In order to solve the problems exposed in operation of smart substation,and catch the goal of intelligent goals,this article researches smart substation operational state analysis method.Establish a behavioral association model for the secondary device behavior of the substation from the perspective of behavioral relevance.Then,designed and realized the smart substation running state analysis system with the data source of network packets and SCD files.The main work of this paper include:1.Analysis the network structure and information characteristics of smar t substation,Design a reasonable way to get the network packets and real-time monitoring method of secondary equipment status.2.Establish a device behavior association model,and establish a generic device behavior association template library basis on this.The template library contains the information association between the behavior-related devices.Then instantiation of the template library based on the SCD file to form device behavior association instance of a concrete substation.This paper proposes a method to extract the behavior association information group,that filter information quickly by taking the model instance as a filter condition.Then analyze and evaluate the behavior of the equipment using this block and real-time event information.3.Design and realize the smart substation operation state analysis system.The system supports full monitoring of station information,quick extraction of various state information groups,real-time monitoring of device status as well as the analysis and evaluation of the behavior of the secondary behavior.The function test of the running state analysis system in this paper has been completed at Xuji Electric Group.The system has been also officially put into use in a new smart substation in Sichuan,which verified the correctness and practicability of this article.
