At present,intelligent substation construction in China has came to the second batch of pilot projects.In order to promote and apply the intelligent equipments of the intelligent substation,it focuses on the state-of the art maintenance.As the basis of equipment condition-based maintenance,how to use the multi-interval secondary information to monitor the substation equipment on-line,detect the abnormalities as quickly as possible and improvement of equipment maintenance cycle is a major problem in intelligent substation research.In this paper,an on-line monitoring scheme based on multi-interval information fusion is proposed in this paper.RTDS model is built on the actual system of Zhejiang Jiaxing Power Grid to test the implementation of the on-line monitoring scheme in engineering practice.The main work is as follows:The new protection mode of intelligent substation is put forward,which is local protection of main protection and backup protection centralized in the substation center.Compared with the intelligent network substation network mode,about 10 ms delay of the station information transmission has been shortened for the main protection to ensure rapidity.From the SV,GOOSE network,relevant information has been obtained by the substation center with backup protection function to realize accurate and rapid fault location in order to ensure selectivity.Even if the substation center exit operation or communication interruption,resulting in centralized backup protection failure,the local main protection function is still retained,with a certain reliability.An on-line monitoring method of protection status based on multi-interval information association is proposed.From the point of multi-internal electrical sampling associated information,self-test factor and multi-interval protection start-up information,it not only fits the existing substation interval settings,but also can be used to find out abnormal or error data.Taking the actual project of Jiaxing Shendang Area in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper chooses the most typical Qijia substation as the testing object of this paper.Firstly,build the substation system model in RTDS simulation platform.The online monitoring function is tested.Simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly eliminate the error information and quickly locate the fault.
