Different from conventional substations,smart substations have a sharp significant change with the aid of computer technology,communication technology and automation technology.Smart substations have very different styles in terms of design schemes,logical architecture,communication methods and integrated debugging,etc.,of their secondary system,which brings great trouble and pressure to engineering personnel.This article takes the technology and design application of the secondary system of the smart substation as the main focus,and the main body covers the following contents:Firstly,it grasps the basic concepts of smart substations,and studies the three dimensions of digitalization of the entire station,networking of communication platforms,and standardization of information sharing.Secondly,it arranges the "three-layer two-network" framework of smart substation,sorts out the logical relationship between each interval equipment,and puts forward the configuration principles and solutions of equipment at the process level,interval level,and station control level.Thirdly,A comparative analysis of the networking methods of the process layer network is carried out.The results show that the hybrid networking is the optimization method.Therefore,the SV and GOOSE networking models are proposed.Taking 220 k V line protection as an example,the SV and GOOSE network design scheme is constructed.Fourthly,The virtual terminal table and virtual terminal logical contact table of each intelligent secondary device and the integration of the SCD file of the whole station are compared and analyzed.Taking 220 k V line protection as an example,the virtual terminal table and virtual terminal logical contact table are described,and specific integration process.And fifthly,Taking the 220 k V Zhongji station as an example,the study of the secondary system is applied to the engineering example,and the "three layers and two networks" are applied to the actual smart substation.The example design is carried out on the SV and GOOSE virtual terminal contact table.The research in this paper shows that the smart substation based on equipment intelligence can well support the establishment of virtual terminal logic and the integration of the entire station SCD file under the "three-layer two-network" architecture and hybrid networking optimization methods.The constructed research and application examples have a high degree of feasibility and effectiveness,and can provide the necessary reference and guidance for engineers to build intelligent substations.
