Inspection And Engineering Application Of Secondary System Of Smart Substation

Since the State Grid Corporation in 2009 proposed the building of "strong and smart grid",more and more smart substations are running in the power system.The application of new related technology of smart substation,has changed the conventional substation information interaction,replaced relay protection secondary circuit with optical cable and software logic,and described the secondary device connection in the secondary system configuration file.Compared to conventional substations,these are epoch-making changes.At the same time,it has brought great challenges to the personnel engaged in the maintenance of substationThe transformation of the smart substation secondary system building pattern and implementation technology is which has made the secondary system structure,component composition,overhaul and maintenance significant changes.The maintenance technique and method of secondary system of conventional substation are very mature,but the secondary system maintenance technology of smart substation is still in the process of exploration and accumulation.The immaturity of maintenance technology and process can bring great danger to the maintenance of smart substation.Therefore,the research on the technology and application of secondary system maintenance of smart substation is the confronting problem and research of relevant practitioners in the future.This article has made a comprehensive analysis of the secondary system of the conventional substation and the smart substation,formed a clear understanding of the formation of smart substation secondary system of,summarized the experience of conventional substation secondary system maintenance and troubleshooting,combined the experience of ZaoZhuang power grid in maintenance of smart substation for several years.It has analyzed differences and similarities between smart substation and conventional substation protection and secondary circuit maintenance.Firstly,it discussed both precautions and maintenance strategies of the inspection contents.Moreover,it analyzed how to carry out the secondary security measures for the second system of intelligent substation both in service with or without power-off.Eventually,it has taken the expansion of 110kV of the substation of ZaoZhuang power grid 220kV XiZhong substation as an example,and summarized the related work of the expansion of the secondary system of the smart substations.
