With the progress of society,the rapid rise of high-rise buildings in the country,people are increasingly demanding for the construction function,conversion layer can meet the requirements of force and functional requirements.Beam type conversion with its special advantages in the project is more widely used,the development of space.This paper introduces the research background and practical significance of this topic,expounds the research status of high-rise building with transfer story,summarizes the theory and calculation method of seismic analysis of structures.The numerical example is a framesupported shear wall structure with beam transfer storey,and the seismic performance of the structure is analyzed when the thickness of the shear wall is different and the thickness of the shear wall is different.Firstly,the seismic responses of different model structures are compared and analyzed by SATWE,such as shear force,displacement and so on.Then the vibration response spectrum and dynamic elastic time history analysis are carried out by Midas/gen,and the two results are compared.Analyses the seismic performance of the structure of no conversion layer and transition layer are respectively arranged on the first,third,fifth floor and with the conversion of position change cycle,the floor shear force,overturning moment,floor displacement does not change significantly.However,in the case of high conversion,the inter story shear force,inter story displacement and displacement angle change with the change of the position of the transition layer.The higher the conversion layer is,the more serious the seismic response is.With the decrease of the peripheral shear wall thickness,the shear layer structure also decreases,but lower than the upper conversion layer decreases to a large extent,and the interlayer displacement is increased,and the conversion layer lower than the upper increased significantly,resulting in structural design,the need to pay attention to the conversion layer of lateral stiffness control ratio.
