| With the increasing shortage of urban land resources, how to comprehensively utilize land and improve the utilization ratio of land, which is a problem that must be solved in the construction of the city. People proposed two methods:one method is to construct the comprehensive building, such as commercial and residential buildings or commercial office buildings; the another method is to utilize the platform of car depot, which can use its exploitation value and investment return to make up for the financial gap in metro construction and operation and lead it into a positive circulation of construction, operation and reconstruction. The frame structure in the paper belongs to the second method.While the upper floors of the building taken as a conventional building space, the ground floors of public buildings need a larger space or setting the car, walkways, an d even the train tracks through the site.At this situation, it is neccessary to conduct tra nsferstory for the structural system to form a larger space to meet the need of buildin g functions.The transfer-floor structure belongs to irregular structure in the height, which is disadvantageous in seismic behavior. Sometimes, the unreasonable arrangement may be bring about safe problems. For study of the seismic behavior of the structure, the following research works are carried out:1. This paper introduces the main classifications and forms of the transfer-floor structure, then, looks forward to the future development trend;2. Reviews and discusses the current seismic study of development of the theoretical and the main calculation methods; finally, we take a frame structure as an example, study the story-displacement and the story-displacement angles in the high earthquake;3. Some special members are studied in single part.4. Based on the summaries and conclusions of all research works, some suggestions and prospect for further researches are put forward. And, it can provide references for the similar projects. |
