| In order to meet the requirements of building space diversity,the column grids tend to change according to the height of the buildings,such as in large commercial buildings,the bottom of the shopping square is designed for the entertainment of big width room,while the upper of the building is designed for small studio apartments or office buildings,the lower vertical component arrangement is relatively sparse,and the upper vertical component layout is compact,which is the typical "upper rigid lower flexible" unconventional structure system,such structural systems need to rely on the transformation layer components to achieve the vertical component discontinuity,which lead to the resist lateral force systems have mutations in the transformation layer.Based on the background of the actual engineering case,this paper focuses on the design principles and engineering application of the girder transfer floor,the applications of the conversion layer of the high-rise buildings are analyzed and studied from the following aspects:(1)According to the development of the high-rise buildings in China at present,this paper summarizes the structure functions and forms of the conversion layer and analyzes its application characteristics,combining with the development trend of the construction industry at present,and elaborates the applications of some new technologies in the conversion layer.(2)This paper summarizes the calculation principles of the girder transfer floor,analyzes the mechanical properties of the supporting column type and the supporting wall type beam conversion members respectively,and expounds the mechanical calculation models of the two kinds of beam conversion members;by using the elastic mechanics theory,the stress distribution of the normal section under upper and lower uniformly distributed load is analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis for the design.(3)According to the current specifications,the structural design of the beam transfer layer is analyzed,and the internal force adjustment values of the vertical components and the horizontal components are summarized;in the technical measures,the structures and reinforcement design features of high-rise building designed with the conversion layer are summarized.(4)Based on the structural integration design program PKPM,combining with the using features of the design of the SATWE,the structural calculation models and the parameter setting experiences are summarized according to the requirements of the high-rise building structure design specifications,and the rationality of the calculation results is obtained,according to the results of the calculation of the structure,model proposed changes and technical measures should be taken.(5)This article taking a design case of Changsha Fuji century park#85-87 homes,according to the design theories and the design requirements of the transformation layer,analyzing its overall structures,after trialing and debugging,structural model calculation results meet the specifications,the overall indicators are within the regulatory limits,the local important components in accordance with the standard formula requirements of the carrying capacity review,verifying the correctness of the program calculation.(6)The elastic-plastic static analysis and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis of the structural model were carried out under the action of rare earthquakes using the elastic-plastic static analysis program PUSH and the elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis program EPDA in PKPM software,the distribution of plastic hinges and the distribution area of weak layers are obtained,after analyzing,the calculation results of the structures meet the regulatory requirements,the overall indicators are within the limits of the specification. |
