In recent ten years,the complex high-rise building structure with floor openings has gradually appeared in our life.There are various forms of floor opening,such as the floor thermocline opening in loft apartment;Large openings in the atrium of the ground floor slab of large shopping malls;The floor penetrating opening of the elevator shaft of the building.The size and location of floor openings will weaken the stiffness of the structure to varying degrees and change the stress of the structure.For the form of floor opening,most scholars at home and abroad stay in the influence of the floor opening rate and the location of floor opening on the seismic performance of the structure.For the structure with floor openings,at present,domestic and foreign scholars mainly study the frame structure,and less about the frame supported shear wall structure.In view of the above problems,taking an actual frame supported shear wall structure with beam transfer floor as an example,based on the analysis of seismic performance,this paper further analyzes the influence of through floor opening position(opening rate)and local central opening of transfer floor(upper layer and lower layer of transfer floor)on the seismic performance of this kind of structure.The specific work is as follows:(1)The structural model is established with PKPM and ETABS software respectively.After comparing the natural vibration period,floor displacement and inter floor displacement angle of the structure,the response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis of the structural model are further carried out with ETABS software to verify the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the structure.(2)The modal analysis,response spectrum analysis,elastic time history analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis of the frame supported shear wall structure with beam transfer floor with through floor opening are carried out.The analysis results are compared,and the effects of different opening positions and opening rates on the seismic performance of the structure are obtained.The results show that in the modal analysis stage,the through opening in the floor reduces the basic natural vibration period of the structure;In the stage of response spectrum analysis,the opening at both ends of the structure and 1 / 3 of the structure makes the inter story displacement angle of the structure gradually decrease with the increase of the opening rate,and the opening in the middle of the structure makes the inter story displacement angle first increase and then decrease,and the reduction range is greater than that of opening at both ends of the structure and 1 / 3 of the structure;In the elastic time history analysis stage,under the action of seismic wave rh1tg035 and seismic wave th099tg035,the top floor displacement of all through floor opening models gradually decreases with the increase of opening rate.Under the action of seismic wave th003tg035,the top-level displacement of all models first increases and then decreases with the increase of opening rate,but the variation amplitude is less than that of the model without opening.For the elastic base shear force of structure,under the action of three seismic waves,each model decreases gradually with the increase of opening rate;In the elastic-plastic time history analysis stage,the elasticplastic base shear and elastic-plastic displacement angle of the structure gradually decrease with the increase of the opening rate.(3)In order to understand the influence of the single-layer opening of the transfer floor and its upper and lower floors of the frame supported shear wall structure on the seismic performance of the structure,the single-layer opening model of the transfer floor and its upper and lower floors is established in ETABS software,and the modal analysis,response spectrum analysis,elastic time history analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis are carried out.The results show that the natural vibration period of single-layer structure increases gradually in the opening stage;In the response spectrum analysis stage,with the increase of the opening rate,the singlelayer opening of the floor at the transfer floor will gradually increase the inter story displacement angle of the transfer floor,but will gradually reduce the maximum inter story displacement angle of the structure.When the single-layer opening of the adjacent floors of the transfer floor,the maximum inter story displacement angle of the structure will gradually increase;In the elastic time history analysis stage,under the action of different seismic waves,the top-level displacement of different floor opening models is complex and diverse,and there is no consistent law.For the base shear under elastic analysis,the elastic base shear of the structure decreases gradually with the increase of opening rate;In the elastic-plastic time history analysis stage,the maximum elastic-plastic inter story displacement angle of the structure gradually increases with the increase of the opening rate.The increase of opening in the lower floor of the transfer floor is the largest.For the elastic-plastic base shear,the elasticplastic base shear decreases with the increase of opening rate.
