| The advanced stage of urbanization has brought about excessive growth of population and vehicles, resulting in serious traffic congestion in the cities,so the government intends to alleviate traffic problems by vigorously developing the public transportation. With the regional development of economic society and public transportation, the conventional public transit is getting better(in quality)and wider(in range). However, breakdowns or accidents sometimes happen in the course of operation. On the one hand,it affects the operation of conventional public transit buses. On the other hand,it is likely to cause the road traffic congestion, triggering a second accident. Therefore, based on the existing resources, this paper aims to deploy rescue facilities and equipments and do reasonable layout of service sites by analyzing the rational allocation and layout of the public bus emergency rescue service sites. This helps provide a good rescue service to the maximum extent, improve the response speed, and reduce the impact of buses breakdowns and accidents, which is important to enhance the emergency support capability of the urban traffic.Based on the analysis of the theories of site selection and emergency rescue service at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the types of traffic accidents, the types of traffic accidents scenes and the breakdowns of different vehicles.By commenting the characteristics of the breakdowns and the emergency rescue system, this paper puts forward the current situations and problems of bus emergency rescue system in China.Taking the problem of site location of emergency rescue service into consideration, the road weight, nodes weight and network path are determined by constructing the corresponding rescue network. In this paper, such models as coverage model,P-median model and P-center model are used to evaluate and analyze the factors and principles of service site selection.Multiple target models are applied to the location of the emergency rescue service sites of the buses. Then the bus network in Dazhou city was selected as an example to illustrate the feasibility of applying the theoretical research to the actual service site selection problem, which could be the solid proof for the future decision makers. |
