The ocean is the cradle of life,rich in metal,oil and gas and fish resources,is an important pillar of human sustainable development.With the population,environment,resources and other global problems continue to deteriorate,in order to seek long-term survival and development,countries have to develop marine strategy,competition for marine resources.Seabed environment is complex,deep sea pressure is an important issue facing ocean exploration.High performance of deep sea pressure sensor underwater pressure measurement of the premise.In order to solve the contradiction between the large pressure and the micro pressure measurement in the deep sea environment,the research group designed the piston deep sea pressure sensor experiment platform based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Research on the pressure balance and pressure detection in the deep sea environment"(No.51279044).This paper mainly deals with the control part of the sensor.In this paper,the sensor platform is introduced.In order to verify that the piston pressure sensor can realize the large pressure and the small pressure measurement,the sensor control system is designed as a whole.The system selects STM32 as the master,uses LabVIEW host computer and uC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system combined to achieve the pressure data display storage and pressure control and pressure balance control.After the overall design of the control system is completed,the AMEsim simulation model is established according to the actual physical parameters of the sensor components,and the sensor characteristics are simulated and the feasibility of the sensor working principle is proved theoretically.The simulation results show that the response of the system is fast,the pressure tracking ability is good,the pressure is linear with the displacement of the piston,and the sensor can meet the measurement of the change of the large pressure and the micro pressure.The simulation of the large pressure and the micro pressure shows that the maximum error at 4Mpa is 0.00127 Mpa,in the 0.01 Mpa pressure fluctuations,the maximum error is 1.64×10-4Mpa.In order to realize the precise control of pressure simulation and pressure balance and improve the real-time of the system,the transplant of system hardware circuit and real-time operating system is developed.According to the importance of the task of thetask division and priority allocation,to achieve pressure measurement,pressure simulation,pressure balance and the host computer and the next crew communication.
