| As a necessary medical equipment for each hospital, ventilator plays a very important role in clinical emergency and adjuvant therapy.In our county,The demand for ventilator is quite considerable,but as a result of the great gap between domestic ventilators and foreign ventilators in quality and stability of products,most of the high-grade ventilator used in large hospitals are imported from other countries. So further research ventilator embedded system development inludes the related detection and control module design,has a very important theoretical and realistic significance to improve the domestic ventilator product technical level and market competitiveness.This design based on the STM32F107series of ARM chip and uCOSII embedded operating system development to ensure the real-time and stability of the system. in addition,design and optimize the peripheral detection module (pressure sensor, differential pressure (DP) type flowmeter, oxygen concentration sensor), control module (electronic PEEP circuit, proportional valve control circuit, the power supply switch circuit), sound and light alarm circuit to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system. At last, design the Graphical User Interface (GUI) based on the640*320color LCD touch screen and several common intelligent breath control mode to make the ventilator system more operational and more intelligent.Through constructing prototype system, The experimental results show that the system have good reliability and stability, good man-machine interface, and it is precise in parameter measurement.This ventilator system can meet the demands and indicators of most medical ventilator application. At Last, put forward further optimization and improvement suggestions for this system. |
