With the development of microelectronic technology and information technology,the technology of intelligent detection has become one of the most important key technologies in developed countries.In the fields of modern industry,agriculture,national defense,transportation,medical treatment,scientific research and other industries,acting like nerves and senses,detective technology plays an increasingly important role,it continuously transmits various useful information to people.Especially in the automatic detection of pressure parameters,alarm and control,which attracts people's attention.Although some achievements have been made in this field in recent years,it is far from meeting the actual needs.In particular,it's in urgent need of development of low-power multi-channel pressure detection technology.In this paper,we study the theory of intelligent pressure detection system and its application in depth.The structure of a new type of intelligent pressure detection system is put forward and fully design its intelligent functions,hardware configuration and intelligent software are.At the same time,consider the breadth,applicability and flexibility into the system.Using high integration,powerful new microcontroller STM32F103 control,and its internal integration of a large number of analog and digital peripheral modules,with strong capability of data processing.This paper designed a relatively complete intelligent software,which means that the detection system has a high degree of intelligence to achieve a variety of intelligent features such as automatic gain control,temperature compensation,automatic calibration.Building an algorithm of temperature compensation,and the hardware and software fault detection design of the detection system is designed to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.The system software using C language programming,increase the readability of the software.Taking a modular design method into software,which is easy to program and debug.The design of the system of intelligent pressure detection in this research has the advantages of small size,low cost,low power consumption,high reliability,fast response and high intelligence.It has wide application prospect in all fields.
