Accurate verification for pressure instrument is an important means to ensure the pressure testing single accurate. Piston gauge is a high accuracyã€high reproducibility and high reliability pressure metrological verification instrument. It is the necessary instrument to pressure verification adjusting and quantity transmission. Therefore, most of companies use piston gauge to verify pressure instruments, it is based on Pascal Law and Principles of fluid statics, and consists of comparatorã€specific weight and piston system. It uses the graviton of specific weight and liquid balance to verify pressure, and uses comparator to adjust the pressure value. However, traditional piston gauge also has the problems of low degree of automation, and human factors causes operate difficultlyã€low precision of measurement, leads to more error accumulating, affect the research production and measurement work successfully.This paper combines with "piston gauge automatic measurement and control" project, for the purpose to improve the piston pressure gauge verification automation level and work efficiency for the purpose of pressure meter Analysis and discussing the compositionã€the overall design scheme of the automatic verification system hardware platform.
