This project stems from a company's commission and the purpose is to adapt their products to market-oriented requests. The sponsor asked us to complete the system which technical target is parallel with the same manufacture abroad,and the same time reduce the cost of the machine.Therefore,making use of the integrate principle of mechanism,electronics,optics and hydrokinetics , researchers have designed a suit of feasible control scheme.Using the knowledge of mechanics, pressure sensor and optics encoder,measurement of water level was developed.The researchers designed the hardware part on the basis of the knowledge of electron and electrocircuit,the MCU principle and the intelligent designing theory.Meanwhile on the aspect of software,a set of control arithmetic were developed to help the hardware part to reach the control demand.In addition,anti-jamming paln was also made to ensure the system stabilization and reliability.With the result of power-on self-test and the experimentation,the system's lower cost, dependability was proved and has achieved all its goals.
