Research On The Overall Planning Of Hutou Village In Jian'ou City Under The Background Of Beautiful Village

Villages are not only the habitation of human but also the foundation of human community.The traditional rural settlements,with the unique spatial layouts and ancient buildings,carrying the historical context of China,are the valuable cultural heritage.However,with the development of urbanization,the slow pace of development of villages has been broken.The traditional villages,which relied solely on agriculture,can not meet the needs of development of productivity in the new economic era.Moreover,closed-pattern of the rural settlements has been changed and internal order has been influenced,which means the traditional villages are facing a lot of problems.After that,the urban planning model has copied stiffly into villages,which causes the loss of rustic regional specialties and the decay,or even disappearance of traditional settlements.In 2013,the Ministry of Agriculture began to organize the "beautiful village" activities.The proposed concept of "beautiful villages" brings an opportunity to solve these problems.In this thesis,Hutou Village in Jian'ou City has been studied and the following aspects will be discussed,which are the social environment,history,culture,settlement pattern,and architectural forms.Moreover,the overall planning is completed from the settlement space,which has theoretical and practical significance to the development of rural settlement.There are four parts of this thesis.It begins from the introduction,including the research background,objects,purposes and meanings,following by the domestic and international cases of village development.The second part is investigation and analysis.In this part,the social environment,history and culture background of Hutou Village are described,and the settlement pattern features and architectural features of Hutou village are analyzed.Then,the third part is about the planning,in which the specific content and design elements of beautiful village are introduced,and it involves four aspects,which are the harmonious development of human settlement,protection and development of eco-tourism,development and use of eco-agriculture,and protection and development of local culture.The last part is a conclusion,which summarizes the research conclusion and development of research topic.
