Study On Building Pattern Of Beizhu Village Traditional Settlement

Traditional houses is rich in historical and cultural information, has the higharchitecture and cultural value. So the traditional houses research becomes an importantbranch in the field of architecture. Jiaozuo Beizhu village is Henan provincial unit ofcultural relics protection, Ming and Qing dynasties ancient dwellings. Choicereasonably of national architectural culture in the process, perfect gradually. But thepattern research is blank. Refining Beizhu traditional settlements pattern and using tomodern design become important.This paper is based on field survey, mapping, visiting, consult and finish thematerials, analysis the influence of social history culture and geographical environmentand discusses its regional features and cultural connotation.This paper begins with the mode of traditional settlements. First introduces thenatural geographical and cultural status, as the internal factor to the pattern. Secondcombines with the influence of the factors, analyzed the village location, layout, streetspace and so on macroscopically. Discuss the spatial pattern characteristics of thesettlement. And then from the residence, open space, architectural form characteristics,decorative arts, and the characteristics of select material, interpret the respondent tobuilding spatial patterns and construction patterns, refine pattern language. Put forwardthe protected and update principles and strategies. And put forward update schemecombined with a case. Finally sum up the pattern on the basis of above, and put theresearch work.This paper bases on the theory combine with the actual, through the analysis andresearch, summed up Beizhu traditional settlements construction pattern language.Propose the strategy of protection and renew. Hope to provide follow pattern to theprotection and update of Beizhu traditional settlements, guidance village construction.
