As part of the city characteristics formed in the long-term development of the city,Urban landscape character is a valuable result of economic development and cultural change and the local comprehensive characteristics of the urban natural environment and human history,it became not only the lens of the insight into contemporary city,but also a kind of highly compound urban capital.So the characteristic landscapes and the differences between them make the city more distinctive and recognizable.But,in the wave of globalization,our cities are facing the convergence of landscape character,many cities become similar and the planning and design of landscape is also a template routine,which has no guiding significance for local urban characteristics shaping.Local and historical city features have nearly disappeared,causing the gradual commercialization of the urban building,the confusion of the city image and low quality of city life.Along with the exposure of the urban landscape character problem and features crisis,city,planning.Academia,planning management and other departments actively carry out the study of landscape planning and other planning,However,urban landscape character planning is not a statutory planning,its research contents and examination and approval gist need to have unified understanding.In this context,Summarizing those urban landscape character theory,building reasonable and complete planning framework and method of urban landscape character becomes a new issue in urgent need of research.The paper core is landscapes,based on the urban landscape character in Pingtan,Fujian and its components,emphatically study how to build orderly urban space landscape pattern,highlight the urban landscape character,how to shape the city's image and local characteristics,promote city identifiability.Add "eight scene","ten scene" culture into shaping the urban landscape character,the whole city is divided into the subarea of "the ten scene of Pingtan city" landscape character.The whole urban landscape character consists of "ten scene" character,So as to enhance the impression of the city.This article consists of three parts,totally six chapters.The first part is chapter 1 and 2,which is the summarize of the landscape character basic theory research of this article,including the research situation and existing problems of current urban landscape character,the domestic and foreign relevant theory research and case,the elements and structure of urban landscape character and so on.The second part is chapter 3,4 and 5,mainly taking planning practice of Pingtan city landscape character for example,to make evaluation and analysis of Pingtan landscape character.In shaping the overall landscape character conception in Pingtan,from the macro,meso and micro levels to shape and guide,form "the ten scene of Pingtan city" subarea by extracting landscape elements,and put forward guidance documents for "Ten Scene"landscape;The third part is chapter 6,which is mainly conclusions of this articles research and some relevant suggestions,doing follow-up thinking and a few ideas for the article.
