The fly-by-wire control system is a complete replacement of the mechanical control system and it gives the aircraft a full time and full authority control.It improves the maneuverability of the aircraft and improves the stability of the aircraft and established a platform for the development of the aircraft finally.It is conducive to the application of active control technology and it combined with the throttle control system,navigation system and fire control system and so on.It achieved a more complex control of the aircraft.With the development of society,the fly-by-wire control system is applied to aircraft systems widely.Meanwhile,the safety of the fly-by-wire control system is important particularly,the fault of the fly-by-wire control system will affects the flight safety of the aircraft directly and even threats the safety of pilots and brings great harm and losses to the society.So it is necessary to establish a set of detection system for the detection of the safety faults of the system.At present,there are some problems in the use of the equipment test of the fly-by-wire control system,such as the expensive equipments,the difficulty of detection and the defects of manual operation in the process of testing.In this paper,in order to meet the requirements of rapid positioning and detection field of aircraft fault,I combined with the actual engineering requirements and according to the automatic detection system equipment problems and puted forward the research measures and improvement measures: I used the FPGA chip based on EP2C5T144C8 N as the control core of the multi relay matrix card to instead of manual terminal cabinet multi-channel data transmission channel conversion.FPGA achieved command transmission between the host computer and signal transmission through the data transmission interface RS485.Through the hardware circuit and software debugging and simulation,the design obtained the simulation results of FPGA.Using the terial debugging assistant to send commands from the computer to the board,the board can make the appropriate feedback according to the receiving command.The design achieved the effective control of the board.In the upper part of the machine,the software of LabVIEW is used to realize the design of the software control interface.The experimental equipment achieved a high degree of automation,cost savings,basically meet the needs of practical applications in the function and technology to achieve the desired results.
