In this paper,after the missile equipment is powered on,The contact closing state of electromagnetic relay is taken as the main research object,This paper studies the fault of false open and false close of contact when the whole machine is fully powered on,The contact is easy to open and close by mistake.The fault is usually caused by jitter.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing detection equipment and detection accuracy.The design of the whole system is divided into three parts: the design of front-end signal input circuit,the realization of FPGA data storage and jitter detection module,and the final upper computer software design,Signals are generated by a self designed relay module.mechanical signal generated by jitter can be converted into electrical signal.In this paper,a self-designed optocoupler conversion circuit is used,The signal generated by the device can enter FPGA normally when the device is powered on at 28 V Voltage.The pulse detection module randomly detects 20 pass random signals.Aiming at the interference between channels,such as white noise,jitter caused by keys,wiring between devices and other problems,the corresponding anti-interference circuit of software and hardware is designed to eliminate redundant interference,FPGA internal data processing module,because the data acquisition rate is different from the upper computer transmission rate,so choose the synchronous FIFO which shares the same clock source with FPGA logically for data storage and read-write functions to prevent data loss.Finally,it is transmitted to the host computer through seria data bus.LabVIEW software is used to design the operation interface matching with the detection module.LabVIEW can make the programming concrete.Through the combination of graphics,it can realize the Visual processing of logical state,realize the corresponding serial port configuration and data processing.In the daily production and testing process,it is convenient to use and operate,and the detection personnel is convenient and easy to use,which greatly optimizes the operation process.
