Research And Design Of FCT Automatic Test System For Air-conditioning Electric Control Board

The electric control panel of the air conditioner is the core of the entire air conditioner,and is the control center and brain of the air conditioner.It is mainly responsible for communication with the remote control board,that is,by collecting the signal commands uploaded by the remote control and making corresponding operations;Make the corresponding control;control the frequency of the compressor and the speed of the fan motor,etc.,to make it operate in an appropriate manner;control the entire process of the operation of the air conditioner and monitor all its working states.Therefore,it is particularly important to test the air conditioner electric control board before leaving the air conditioner.By comparing the detection methods and detection requirements of air-conditioning electric control boards on the market,this paper proposes a test plan for air-conditioning electric control boards based on virtual instruments.Through the hardware analysis of the outdoor electrical control board of the air conditioner,the detailed test plan and test steps are designed,and the feasibility of the test plan is demonstrated.According to the test plan,the hardware part of the outdoor electromechanical control board detection system of the air conditioner was designed,including the stepping motor detection board,resistance switching board,signal conditioning board and virtual indoor unit,etc.,and the hardware system was studied in detail and set forth.And designed the software part of the airconditioning outdoor electromechanical control board detection system,that is,the host computer software based on Lab VIEW.The specific operation method,the structure and function of the hardware and the analysis of the test results.Compared with the traditional air-conditioning electronic control board inspection system,the air-conditioning electronic control board inspection scheme based on virtual instruments is not only efficient and fast,but also can display the current test items and test results in real time.Through the test on the production line,the system can not only meet the needs of air-conditioning manufacturers in terms of detection accuracy,but alsoimprove the detection rate of the electric control board and speed up the production progress;at the same time,for the faulty electric control board,the system can also save the fault Point test data,easy for testers to view and maintain.
