Research On Progress Plan And Control Of Baosteel Flood And Typhoon Prevention Program

Along with the development and advancement of economics,construction time requirements of Construction Engineering Projects are increased.Requirements on the regularization and control of progress plan are also increased.Progress control is the most important work in managing a building project.One can complete the project on schedule only if ensure the progress control,in fact,progress control is also a strong guarantee of project cost control.In recent years,BaoSteel has been promoting the application of management by project in the developing of enterprise,especially in the application of construction and maintenance projects.In this paper,we focus on the progress plan and control of BaoSteel flood and typhoon prevention program.By studying the project management idea and usage of software,explore the management methods of building construction projects of modern enterprise.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Under the condition of multi-area and requirements diversity,make appropriate progress plan.By using WBS,decompose the program level by level,and specify the work relation and duration between each flood and typhoon prevention program.By using project management software,create program network diagram,and optimize the progress plan by using relevant knowledge.Compute the total time of construction and confirm the critical path of the project,and make the project milestone plan.(2)By analyzing the influencing factors of progress control,make appropriate implementing scheme under complicated construction environments.By using project management knowledge,guide the Implementation of BaoSteel Flood and Typhoon Prevention Program,to ensure the effectiveness and Enforceability of the program,and verify the plan during the Implementation.(3)The main part of this paper intends to analyze the connotation and characteristic of project management,the necessity and feasibility study of the project,fully expounded the startup reason;and the human resources plan,schedule,material distribution plan,schedule,quality plan,the communication plan,safety management plan for a detailed description of the last part of the article;for each plan more clearly put forward the implementation and control of project.
