| The elevator which is closely related to people’s lives is always used as the vertical vehicle of high-rise buildings.The requests in every aspect of the elevator are getting higher and higher along with the rapid development of science and technology.The relay was originally used in the control system of the elevator,but now it tends to be replaced by the computer.The core of the computer control system—no branch programmable controller-has many advantages such as high reliability and powerful.The driving system of the elevator is also turned from the original DC motor control to AC motor control which can adjust the voltage and speed.That change enhances the performances in many aspects of the elevator such as the safety,reliablility and comfort.The four layers transparent elevator model is analyzed in this paper.The principle of mechanical structure is the main one.Meanwhile,the related design and analysis of the PLC control system are also discussed.The analysis of the ideas about the related software design comes the first.Then the model of the elevator is simulated in the related software to achieve the related control.The monitoring of the elevator control is lealized by some monitoring softwares which is a kind of dynamic action.At present,this kind of demonstration of elevator model is already applied in the teaching system.It can help the students to learn the configuration software and the programmable curricula.It’s practical for the students to receive a true and visual process of the elevator control. |
