Elevator PLC Control Teaching Demonstration System Research

Major engineering school generally set up PLC courses.PLC can control various hardware objects,elevator control is a typical common object,but due to financial reasons,the school laboratory cannot buy each hardware object for students'programming training.Students can see visually the running of controlled object according to its own control requirements and instructions.The wellintech kingview made in china domestic software,to some extent,can address this need.Kingview is easy to create realistic graphics object,and it is also very convenient to communicates with the PLC.Therefore,the study of Kingview monitoring elevator PLC control system is favorable to improve the PLC teaching effect.According to the control requirements,the author have designed five-story elevator automatic control system,have drawn PLC ladder of elevator control,and have filled in the I/O allocation table,and have depicted I/O picture of five-story elevator using AUTOCAD 2010.In other words,the auxiliary relays required by PLC control elevator and Kingview have also been defined.In order to verify the correctness of the elevator PLC control program,using PLC simulation software GX Simulator6-C to simulate debugging and repeatedly modify until it meets the corresponding control requirements.The wellintech Kingview produced five-story elevator graphic images,defined the relevant equipment and variables according to the PLC control program for elevator and operational requirements of configuration screens,established animation connection,and carried out the command programming language.Configuration picture of elevator running at low speed,medium speed,high speed switching three speed control is the screen command language using configuration software and PLC program control.The elevator control system designed by this paper,can control the elevator control system with the configuration screen buttons and PLC Laboratory various switches and button.Elevator operating conditions are indicated by PLC panel output indicator LED indication or screen lights on configuration and floor displays for display.In the course of teaching demonstration,you can visually realistically simulate normal operation of the elevator,maintenance operation,overload,etc.as well as improve reliability of elevator system fully and verify the feasibility of the five-story elevator system by combination of using Kingview to monitor elevator PLC control system and PLC simulation software.
