With the rapid development of economic and urban construction,more and more high-rise buildings have been built.As an efficient and convenient interior transportation tool,the vertical ladder is becoming more and more widely used,and the elevator manufacturing industry is advancing rapidly.In the 1850 s,American man Otis developed the world’s first manned lift with a safety device.After more than 100 years of development,the elevator has revolutionized the production process,component materials,internal structure and control technology.When the modern building floors are higher and the passenger flow is greater,the single electric elevator can not satisfy the needs of the people.This is when the multiple elevators need to be installed.At this time,more than two elevators parallel connected,and a group of elevator called by the hall,are invented.This paper studies the intelligent control and monitoring system design of the multiple control lift,taking three six-story elevator simulation model as a case study.The multiobjective& multi-rule fuzzy control algorithm for multiple control lift is designed.The basic function program of elevator system is designed with Siemens s7-1200 PLC.And a few improvements for the modern intelligent elevator are made by programming.This paper designs hardware,monitor image and control program by Botou software.The WinCC is using as the upper computer to monitor the elevator running,to alarm in time for the breakdown,the realtime data storage disk,etc.,and to analyze and process the simulation data.The design difficulty of the three six-layer parallel elevators intelligent control lies on the signal collective control.With a comprehensive consideration of the average passenger waiting time,average passenger riding time,energy consumption and the lift car use ratio,this paper studies how to realize intelligent control of multiple control lift by using multi-objective& multirule fuzzy control algorithm.At the same time,the PLC is used to design the intelligent control of three six-story parallel elevators in this paper,and the same is true for the design of multilevel parallel elevators(i.e.,group control elevators).The software design part of this paper presents the overall design process of the entire elevator group control system.Then the basic functions,such as initialization,collective selective control,high and low speed running,opening and shutting doors,opening and shutting door protection,car leveling and digital tube display etc.,are designed.And some improved and innovated functions are designed through the programming.These functions include three-stage braking,the upper and lower limit terminal protection,the wrong instruction elimination,wrong layer protection,load dormancy and fault interrupt.In the end,simulation is carried out to the whole elevator group control system.And it is verified by the experimental data that the multi-objective& multi-rule fuzzy control algorithm is superior,complete than traditional control algorithm in this article. |
