With the springing up of high-rise buildings and intelligent buildings speeded by national economy development ,the elevator, as a vital vehicle, plays an increasingly important role in society for its quality influences people's daily life. Therefore, we should make efforts to improve its high-quality and safe performance as well as to meet passengers'demand for comfort.In a word, it is quite meaningful to further study elevator control system.This article involves two aspects: Firstly, suitable setting of PLC model selection and parameter and transducer in hope to meet the demand of efficiency, passengers'comfort, langding accuracy and safety. Secondly, the software development and adjustment of PLC. The transducer is Anchuan Type General Transducer VS-616G5, which makes use of the recognizational speed curve of 616G5 to offer technical support for elevator comfort. We choose Songxia PlC FP1-C72 and expand its extending cell E40. Based on the condition and principle of function modules, we programme PLC with modularizing programming method.In conclusion, collecting signal and controlling elevator by PLC, we enhance control level , improve the comfort in lift function ,and achieve relatively ideal effect.The elevator, advanced ,reliable, economical, combines collective selective control with hand operation and clectric operation, and has the function of fixing floor, external control, choosing floor, going up or down.
