| In recent years,the sustainable growth of population and high development of the cities bring a series of environmental degradation problems to seriously threaten the physical health of humans.The cities,as a life environment,have become the focus in the international society,while the communities,as the basic unit of the cities,are the important element to improve the human settlement.Based on health,the paper comprehensively summarizes the international experience standard of healthy communities by combining the methods including document analysis,GIS and social survey,researches the construction standards of healthy communities in Hangzhou through analyzing from the aspects such as healthy housing,healthy environment,healthy activities,healthy transportation and healthy facilities.Combined with the construction standard and classification guidance of healthy communities in Hangzhou,the paper researches the transformation strategy,taking thecommunities in Hangzhou as example,summarizes the unhealthy factors existing in communities and explores the solutions and transformation strategy to provide basis for the healthy communities construction in Hangzhou and even nationwide.The paper is consisted of 5 parts,wherein:The first part: expounds the three aspects of the research background of the healthy communities,puts forward the research purpose and significance and defines the research methods and technical routes.The second part: introduces the related domestic and overseas research history and its current status in details,summarizes the standard system of healthy communities;explains the basic theory of health,healthy cities and communities and researches the relationship among them,further expounds the planning and research connotation of the healthy communities.The third part: Based on the health appraisal and analysis to the communities in Hangzhou,researches the construction standards of healthy communities in Hangzhou from the six aspects including healthy housing,healthy environment,healthy activities,healthy society,healthy transportation and healthy facilities.The fourth part: researches the transformation strategy combining the construction standard with classification guidance of healthy communities in Hangzhou,taking Zhaohuiwuqu as the example,summarizes the unhealthy factors existing in communities and explores the solutions and transformation strategy.The fifth part: summarizes the substantial significance of healthy communities,appeals more cities to build healthy communities to make efforts for constructing really healthy and livable communities. |
