Research On Office Space Design Of Architectural Design Agencies Under The Concept Of Healthy Architectur

Since 2016,China has successively introduced a series of evaluation standards for healthy buildings(residential buildings),and issued the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline" in the same year,clarifying the importance of building "health performance".Architectural design institutions,as the main places for architects to research and create,are also important spatial types with special health needs in office buildings.However,the existing architectural design office environment has not been tailored to the health needs of architects,resulting in varying degrees of health hazards in the space.How to couple the special needs of the architect community and take into account their physical and mental health has become an urgent task in the design of such spaces.Firstly,by sorting and summarizing the concepts,standards,practices,and other contents of healthy building design,the research points of healthy building design are clarified;Secondly,by conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews with the architect community,the spatial health needs brought about by the unique nature of architectural design work are classified and explored,and then the health hazards existing in the office space of current architectural design institutions are analyzed;Then,in response to needs and issues,summarize the strategies and methods applicable to office space design of architectural design institutions under the concept of healthy architecture;Finally,taking the new building of Shandong Architectural Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd.as an example,practical exploration and strategic application are carried out from the aspects of project background,preliminary analysis,and practical process,providing reference and reference for architectural design institutions to move towards green,healthy,and high-quality office space design.The full text consists of six chapters.The first chapter provides a literature review on the correlation between "healthy buildings" and "office space design of architectural design institutions",clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,identifies relevant concepts,and develops a research framework.Chapter 2 clarifies the definition and evaluation criteria of the concept of healthy buildings,and conducts on-site research on the office environment of architectural design institutions that have obtained the health building logo.It clarifies the office building groups,individual buildings,and environmental design elements in the existing health building evaluation.Chapter 3 compares and analyzes design cases,summarizes survey questionnaires and interview content,summarizes the physical,psychological,and social spatial needs of the architect population,and corresponds to the design elements of healthy building environments,analyzing various health hazards under their influence.Chapter 4,based on the concept of healthy architecture,summarizes the design principles and objectives applicable to the office space of architectural design institutions.At the same time,nine detailed strategies from material space optimization to cultural atmosphere creation are sorted out for the physiological health,psychological health,and social health of users.Chapter 5provides a detailed introduction to the new building design project of Shandong Architectural Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,and applies healthy space design strategies to project planning and layout,functional configuration,environmental design,health technology,and other aspects.Chapter 6 summarizes the theoretical review,problem analysis,strategy extraction,design application,and other aspects of the entire text,points out the shortcomings of research,and prospects the development trend of office building design under the influence of the concept of healthy architecture.
