Research On The HS Construction Engineering Project Schedule And Quality Management

Main purpose of this article is through to the YHTG company HS project progress and quality management were studied.Through in-depth analysis of the HS project progress and quality management of the status quo,existing problems,and put forward targeted resolution strategy,so as to optimize the HS project progress and quality management,improve the HS project management level.At the same time improve YHTG company project management level.In this paper,based on the concept and content of the project schedule management,project progress control and the theory and methods of project quality management theory,on the basis of first analyzed the YHTG HS company overview of the project,including project introduction,project construction organization,secondly analyses the problems in the progress of the project,including progress control objectives determine not science,progress control on the basis of establishment not science,schedule arrangement is not thorough,schedule and resource plan is not harmonious,schedule check tracking is insufficient,schedule can not be timely adjusted according to actual condition,etc.,as well as the problems existing in the project quality management,including project prophase investigation work is not careful,engineering change more than expected,site quality management strength is insufficient,can’t play an effective quality supervision,etc.Based on the plan review techniques,critical path method,gantt chart method and other methods,on the basis of the optimized YHTG company HS project’s progress,including the progress of planning,project task decomposition,estimate project activity sequence and time limit for a project.Project milestone plan,project progress schedule and the gantt chart,such as the key line is determined,and on the basis of the detailed project schedule,project progress and quality of collaborative management Suggestions,including the project schedule management advice: the project schedule control target and main task,time limit for a project schedule control methods,measures and schedule of the key points of examination and approval and procedures,the implementation of the project schedule,project progress management,project schedule of inspection,the adjustment of the project schedule.Project quality control: the quality control of construction preparation stage,construction stage of quality control,completion acceptance stage of quality control,and to coordinate the relationship between the quality and progress should strengthen targeted project quality management.
