In recent years,China has vigorously implemented the strategy of "going out overseas",brought to the domestic construction enterprises in the enormous international business,with the corresponding strength of domestic enterprises,greater extent towards the international market and aggressively participate in the construction of the tide international projects.Especially on the international hydropower project,the project constructed on the domestic enterprises increased year by year,the large scale projects are becoming progressively increasing,the difficulty of construction is increasingly harder,and the construction machinery system configuration is increasingly more complex.Thus,in the international hydropower engineering project,construction machinery system was becoming increasingly prominent on t he rational allocation of problem,the project will be the constructed machinery system with more scientific,applicable,economic,safe,worthy of our construction project management of International Hydropower have in deep research and study.Value engineering originated in the middle of twentieth Century,as a modern management method has been developed fast.It has a big advantage on how to analyzed the problem properly and has a creative thinking on how to solve the problem accordingly,which makes the value project is exceptionally useful in the national economic production of a variety of industries.Although the research and application of value engineering in our country is late than the United States and Japan,but it is increasingly faster to develop as the year past.Mainly concentrated in the industrial field,the application research of the engineering construction field is not methodical,especially the International Hydropower project.The reason of this research is to apply the theory and method of value engineering on the optimization of construction machinery system,the configuration of the international hydropower project.The civil engineering project of a hydropower station on t he South American countries was constructed by the machinery system as their choice;the most complex part is the tunnel construction,the application of value engineering theory,to optimize the configuration of four kinds of feasible technology.Through the measurement and analysis of function coefficient,cost coefficient and value coefficient.The optimal construction machinery configuration scheme was selected to establish a s et of practical methods of selection on the construction machinery system configuration scheme,the configuration of problem in the project selection;construction equipment procurement,distribution system,and on the implementation process of project management play a supporting role.
