Research On Cost Management Of Fire Engineering Project

In recent years,the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,the rapid growth of social fixed assets,as the main part of the investment in fixed assets,the investment in construction projects has risen sharply,and the importance of the construction project cost management is becoming more and more important.Because the engineering cost of the work is more professional,it belongs to the technical work,many enterprises only pay attention to the practical work of professional knowledge and cost,while ignoring the whole process of the cost of the role and the importance of management.Fire engineering is an important part of the construction engineering,and it is an important part of the industrial architecture and civil engineering construction.Fire engineering construction cost is an important branch of the project cost system,in the process of cost valuation with ordinary installation engineering does not have the outstanding characteristics,that is,the valuation of the single,multiple,combination,diversity and complexity.It is due to the characteristics of fire engineering valuation,the cost management of fire engineering projects often appears to be inaccurate and the sensitivity is not high,which often leads to the contract disputes between the two parties,which brings many risk factors to the construction and contract management.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of fire engineering,the paper analyzes the current situation of the management of fire engineering project cost management in organization,valuation methods and means.The basic reason is that: fire engineering cost management is backward,the cost method is scientific and the cost management is not standardized.Taking the bid cost budget of a fire installation project as an example,the cost budget and the cost management process are analyzed by using the quota valuation method,and the analysis conclusion is put forward.At last,according to the problems existing in the fire installation engineering in China,we put forward the improvement measures of the system.That is to optimize the fire engineering cost management organization,and actively promote scientific engineering valuation method,strict fire engineering construction process control,strengthen the management of fire engineering cost contract,improve the overall quality of engineering costI hope this paper puts forward the main points of view on the establishment of China’s project cost management system to provide a constructive advice and Countermeasures to solve our country’s fire installation project cost management and even the whole project to play its due role.
