Study On The Artistic Elements In The Traditional Architecture Of Shan Xi

Shanxi dwellings as a representative of traditional luxury in the luxurious,has been known for large-scale and exquisite delicate.Since the Ming and qing dynasties Shanxi merchants is very rich,their house is the most exciting part of the vernacular architecture of Shanxi,Jinzhong is the most concentrated area of Shanxi merchants and is the essence of Shanxi dwellings.As the Shanxi merchants' s dwellings to accommodate a large family,but also to show the hospital owner a strong financial resources and profound meaning,so this type of building in terms of scale or decoration have reached an unprecedented height,collectively referred to as "The grand courtyards buildings."In this paper,the grand courtyards buildings in Jinzhong is the main object of study,and the research ideas are from surface to inherent,from entirety to part.The first chapter is introduction.The second chapter discusses the natural and human environment of traditional residential buildings in Shanxi,and classifies the residential buildings in different areas,and makes out their regional characteristics.The focus of research and to the relative concentration of the Jinzhong area,as much as possible to show the background information of the grand courtyards buildings closely related to the development.The third chapter first analyzes the settlement environment of the grand courtyards buildings,because the settlement is affects the composition and properties of internal architecture deeply;Then analysis the grand courtyards buildings space environment characteristics from outside to inside.from the external environment,college courtyard houses off the space form,interior layout and furniture features several internal to discuss.In the fourth chapter,through to analysis of the architectural form and decorative art of the courtyard,conclusion artistic and cultural connotation of the grand courtyards.The fifth chapter summarizes the value of Shanxi dwellings building,and tries to provide a useful supplement for the better inheritance and protection of traditional residential buildings in the future.
