| General hospital environment landscape is conducive to the hospital population (especially the patient) to ease the psychological stress and physical disease rehabilitation, there is generally considered to be an effective way to assist the medical. On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and hospital environmental landscape cases, this paper systematically studies the application of the five sense landscape design in the comprehensive hospital environment;Summed up the general hospital environment five types of landscape design and technology measures; Through the investigation of the present situation of the comprehensive hospital environment landscape in Chengdu City, this paper puts forward the five sense optimization strategy; on the based, discussesing the landscape in Sichuan Bayi rehabilitation hospital environment landscape design in the application of the five senses; seeking new ideas to improve the medical problems of landscape and environment. The research conclusions are as follows:(1) Visual landscape:To summarize the general hospital has two kinds of visual landscape types (open type, compression type) and three technology measures (point, line and plane design, color guide, evidence-based design).92% of the Chengdu City comprehensive hospital environment landscape layout for introverted (compression type landscape),8% for the export-oriented (open landscape type); application of the two kinds of measures (point, line and plane design, color guide), buildings, plants and landscape facilities of color processing is mainly reflected. In accordance with the hospital population visual preference satisfaction and the existing problems, and puts forward three visual landscape optimization strategy:Firstly, use of the combination of six from point to point, point and line design. Secondly, Architectural color diversity design based on hospital building color statistics; Thirdly, by using 4 kinds of plant color combinations and seven color guide to the design.(2) Auditory landscape:Summed up the general hospital has three kinds of auditory landscape types (voice is design, negative sound design and zero sound design); three sounds are designed to deal with the technical measures (increase set of speakers, the introduction of water, the introduction of birds and insects sound), two kinds of sound zero design technology treatment measures (natural listening, artificial auxiliary equipment to listen to), and two kinds of sound negative design technology treatment measures (cut off the sound source, the establishment of a barrier). The types of sound landscape in the General Hospital of Chengdu city were mainly negative design; and two kinds of technical treatment measures (landscape wall isolation, plant isolation) were used. According to the degree of satisfaction and the problems of the hospital population, two kinds of auditory landscape optimization strategies were proposed:Firstly, The edge of the pool and fountain for 1?3 grades cascading design, Increase set speakers, the introduction of birds and insects sound; Set up all kinds of noise warning signs; Secondly, Design and application of "green-water-belt type isolation belt.(3) Olfactory landscape:Summed up the general hospital with two kinds of landscape types (olfactory tropism, exclusiveness); three kinds of technical treatment measures (artificial release aroma, air flow treatment, aromatic plant cultivation). Only the traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan province has applied the trend of the olfactory landscape; using two kinds of treatment measures (aromatic plant cultivation, artificial equipment to remove odor). According to the satisfaction degree and the existing problems of the hospital population, two kinds of strategies for the optimization of olfactory landscape were put forward:Firstly, Based on the aromatic plants in Chengdu City, the aromatic plant configuration was carried out; Secondly, Biofilm degradation hospital medicine waste liquid and remove the odor.(4) The tactile landscape:Summed up the general hospital has three kinds of tactile landscape types (hard, soft, virtual state) and three kinds of technical measures (hard, soft type, virtual state). There are two kinds of tactile landscape types (hard and soft) in the General Hospital of Chengdu city; three measures (seat and plant, corridor and plant, the pavement surface). Three kinds of tactile landscape optimization strategy:Firstly, Increase of wooden and stone of rough pavement; Secondly, to increase the combination of landscape plants and facilities; Thirdly, the waters of the hydrophilic design is proposed according to the hospital population tactile preference satisfaction and existing problems.(5) The landscape of taste:Summed up the general hospital has two taste landscape types (presence, virtual); two existing technical treatment measures (edible plant type, manufactured type) and two kinds of virtual technology measures (Multimedia publicity, exhibition publicity column). Chengdu comprehensive hospital taste landscape site canteen, Landscape design has not been carried out; Based on the satisfaction degree and the existing problems of the hospital population, three kinds of optimization strategies are put forward:Firstly, Design of "landscape-food" model; Secondly, Design all kinds of food and multimedia screen;Thirdly, Design hospital plantation.(6) Based on the theme of "landscape therapy comprehensive hospital environment landscape", the five sense landscape design of the Bayi rehabilitation hospital of Sichuan province was completed.
