Both structures within a long time,will suffer from various effects of the external environment,which leads to structural damage and aging,which resulted in the reduction of the bearing capacity of the structure itself gradually,can meet the conditions of normal use of.In recent years,due to the construction industry has developed rapidly,make housing land is becoming more and more nervous,so for both the structure of the renovation is especially important.In order that the reliability can not meet the use demand of existing buildings and new buildings,can meet the reliability of the design code for the existing standard,which requires scientific detection and identification methods for system analysis and assessment of the structure.At the same time,adopt scientific and reasonable reinforcement technology can effectively extend the service life of structures.Based on the brick structure as engineering background,the main research contents of the following aspects:(1)overview of the development circumstance of the appraisal of existing structures and the research status,the structure identification of the main methods and procedures,clear the main development direction of the construction industry and the necessity of research on the evaluation of structure identification and the main meaning;(2)to introduce the basic concepts and principles of structure reliability evaluation,including the analysis of structural reliability design,reliability,status,function requirements,security levels,limit state,such as introduction of resistance of existing structures,the role of both the structure and the reliability of existing structure analysis method;(3)discusses the control of structural reliability appraisal scale,basic methods,basic principles,appraisal procedure and rating standard used in the process of the structure identification and detection methods,test instrument,test engineering of data statistics and the analysis of the results.(4)combined with specific engineering example,brick structure by using finite element software PKPM JDJG module,based on the requirements of "testing technical standards for the design of building structures",the structure of block strength,the strength of mortar,concrete strength,reinforcement,the bearing capacity of the mainwall,the testing and calculating the aseismic capability of the building,according to the above results,to building the overall appraisal rating,and gives the corresponding reform suggestions.
