The Application Of 5D-BIM Technology In Engineering Management

In the building life cycle,the construction stage is the main stage of resource consumption,the control of progress,cost and resource directly influences the whole profit of the project.BIM technology comes into being,BIM is able to integrate all the information about project together organically and provide data information for cost management of each stage in the whole process of construction projects.In this paper,5D-BIM technology is introduced into construction management,to improve the efficiency of project management and resource utilization.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the research status of 5D-BIM,the function value of5D-BIM and the advantage of iTWO 5D platform are analyzed.Secondly,the three-dimensional model is established in Revit software by using the unified modeling rules;Then according to the model checking program,carry out model quality check in Revit software and iTWO platform to ensure that the model's attribute information is complete;And then,through the introduction of 5D collaborative management platform system,the application principle of the model in the platform is analyzed in detail.Finally,this paper combined with engineering case that utilizes 5D collaborative management platform,which further highlights the application value of 5D-BIM technology in engineering project management.In this paper,the application of 5D-BIM technology in project management is studied,and it has a certain significance in broadening the application field of5D-BIM technology and the new ideas of project management.
