Research On Multi-objective Collaborative Management In The Whole Process Of Project Construction

In recent years,the project management system reform of construction enterprises in China has been deepening,the organizational structure and production mode of the construction industry have changed to varying degrees,and the production and management system of enterprises with project management as the core has been initially formed.The three major control objectives of the project-duration,quality,cost as the main work content of each stage of the project,the whole project plays an important role,whether the owner,the contractor or the supervision unit are working around these three objectives,the three are related to each other and restrict each other,And then form a dialectical unity.On the basis of the theory of objective management and the theory of collaborative management,this paper constructs the multi-objective collaborative management system of the whole process of project construction,and expounds the content and operation mechanism of the management system in detail,and then,Based on the relationship between the three main control objectives of the project and the composition of each goal,this paper constructs a multi-objective collaborative management model of duration-quality-cost,and finally takes an actual residential project as an example,The practicability and application effectiveness of multi-objective collaborative management system and multi-objective collaborative management model in practical engineering are verified and analyzed.The relevant conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the three objectives of project construction,that is,quality,cost and time limit,are both opposite and unified,and multi-objective cooperative management can be realized by using scientific methods;(2)the multi-objective collaborative management system and collaborative management model can solve the shortest period,optimal quality and optimal cost of specific projects,and resolve the problem of objective conflict,which shows that the management system and management model are reasonable.Feasibility and science.
