Study On Space Layout Optimization Of Cultural Development Area In Northeast Country Of Gaomi

At the rapid development stage of urbanization, there are numerous small towns with various types of developmentin our country. Cultural development area in northeast country ofGaomi will be a small town leading by cultural industries in the future. Actually, cultural industries could drive emerging industries and promote the development of beautiful villages.In order to overcome the shortcomings of cultural development area in northeast country such as lack of the spatial characteristics, this paper analyzed the space layout optimization of cultural development area in northeast country to promote the green and healthy development of small towns, which has very important academic and practical value for researching cultural industries driving the spatial development of small towns.This paper is studied from the following four parts:The first part (including chapter 1,2 and 3):The first part is the foundation of this thesis. Firstly, the origin of small town’s space layout research and its background was studied. Secondly, the factors and related theory of small town space layout were also discussed. Thirdly, related theory and case analysis of town’s spatial layout under the influencing of cultural industries were analyzed, which provided the experience for studying the spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country.The second part (chapter 4):The current status of spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country was commented. The current situation of northeast country was analyzed from different layers. Furthermore, The types of town space layout were summarized and analyzed respectively from the layer of transportation advantage and culture resource. And the problems of cultural development area in northeast country were also discussed.The third part (chapter 5):The optimization strategy and models of spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country was studied. On the basis of blending urban-rural integration and ecological planning in the spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country, the strategy of promoting culture revitalization and tourism development was raised. Nevertheless, the models of spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country were discussed and the construction of " livable, appropriate employment and tour" urban-rural space which highlights local characteristic and enhanced cultural connotation were proposed.The fourth part (chapter 6):The spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country was optimized from the two aspects such as the integral and local character space layout. In the part of integral space layout, the planning methods of overall planning, phased construction and key points on culture and ecological resource were put forward, and especially slow traffic which was affected by cultural driven in small town were also focused on being designed. After that, based on this, especially the characteristic spatial layout of cultural development area in northeast country was designed and optimized from torist routes, rural skin texture,the public space, the color image and the green spacelandscape.Furthermore, optimization methods of the layout of small town under the influence of cultural industries were summarized.
