Village Spacial Layout Research From Background Of The Beautiful Country

China has long been put emphasis on city development related policies, pushing the rapid development of the city while unintentionally neglected that of rural areas which made the continuous improving of urbanization and enlargement of the gap between rural and urban areas happened almost simultaneously. City development have hithero entered a relatively mature phase, and introduction of some relevant policies in recent years that indicates putting stress on the development of rural areas as well as resolve the problems brought by urbanization, lead to an end of urban-rural development being more harmonious.“Construction of Beautiful Countryside”, as a new phase after “ New Countryside Construction ” policy, is a promotion for ecological construction of rural areas. Compared to New Countryside Construction,Construction of Beautiful Countryside is a relatively new concept which has not yet developed a circulation pattern on particular train of thought and method that needed for.It is not only about the preserved problems in rural areas,but also a long term purpose aiming the promotion of harmonious development of ecological,economical and cultural aspects of countryside.This thesis include three parts : proposing of the problem, case analysis,theoretical research and corresponding countermeasures. In first part of the thesis given the status quo of the Koksu in Tekes,by analyzing the current situation of the village purposed the existing problems. In next part,architectural,courtyard and overall outlay of the village is discussed from the perspective of planning, had been analyzed respectively under the point of ecological protection, landscape construction and enhancing of regional features, all of which are key component parts of the Construction of Beautiful Countryside policy. In third part of the thesis, Through theoretical and case analysis, developmental trend of rural spacial layout is summarized. This part also concluded the corresponding measurements relevant tothe problems mentioned beforehand which has certain guidance and reference for the future construction of the village.
