| EPC general contracting model has gradually become one of the main modes of international engineering contracting market, and has been widely used in China in recent years. Contract management as the core of the project management, throughout the project management cycle, EPC contract is the basic guarantee of the smooth implementation of the project safety, quality, schedule, investment of four targets, which is of great significance for the two parties of the contract.In this paper, from Perspective of contract management of EPC general contracting mode, comparative analysis of China’s first demonstration text "construction project contract(Trial)"(GF-2011-0216) and FIDIC "design procurement and construction(EPC) / Turnkey Contract Conditions"(the silver book) the difference between the two, and FIDIC the contract terms in our contract is discussed, and then combined with our engineering general contract to discuss the owners how to conduct EPC project contract management, establishment, including the contract management mechanism and system of both rights and obligations and responsibilities, design management, construction management, subcontract management, procurement management, payment management, risk and insurance management, breach of contract and claim management etc.Finally, the coal gasification company product structure adjustment and technological transformation projects introduced the main content of the work in the process of contract management contract management organization and the owners of the EPC system, and how to carry out the safety, quality, schedule, contract management through investment target control, and analysis of the project exists in the process of contract management problems and puts forward countermeasures to improve.Our country implements the EPC total contract time is short, the owner and the supervising engineer lack the EPC general contract management experience, this article research to the EPC general contract mode under the owner contract management has certain reference and reference significance. |
