| This thesis is mainly illustrating the conductions and practice of launch vehicle, in which its schedule management needs to be improved in the process of management. This project has the features of much difficulty in technology, the short deadline, the complexity of its corresponding equipment and competitive environment. Therefore, as for its success or failure, there is great influence on whether the project can be finished in time. The focus of this thesis is how to analyze and plan the project during its management, trying to make it improved by these measures and accomplished it with high quality in time.In the thesis, the first part is literature review, in which there are related research achievements at home and abroad. The literatures refer to the process management and its research and practical achievement. Then the thesis introduces the process management of project in space system, summarizing the basic situations and methods on the management of aerospace-ground-equipment process. After accumulating the related literatures and data, the thesis expounds the influential elements like inner and outer ones. Combined with the project of launch vehicle, the thesis is also using the related theories to put up the strategies and suggestions. Meanwhile, the thesis is also describing the segment of work structure, estimate of finishing time, the paralyzing activities, and key approaches, all of which are applied in this launch vehicle project. And the most important fact is that they are of great use in the abstract applied practice.The successful accomplishment of the research on launch vehicle has decisional significance. At the same time, its achievement of launch vehicle can also provide the improved approaches and methods for the equipment study to ensure the deadline. It is certain that the thesis also provides valuable suggestions for the similar businesses and model study, making solid basis for the construction and improvement of the process management. |
