Research On Schedule Management Of Qingdao Aerospace Electronic Industrial Park Project

From the domestic research situation, the research literature on the progress of the project are relatively few, therefore, to make up for the related researches, this paper focused on how to strengthen project management research; the use of theory with practice research methods, through in-depth analysis of project progress and cost of time limit for a project to find the relationship between improving the progress of the project management theory and method, has the very strong practical significance. The aim of this paper is to the domestic real estate construction industry to provide project management theory to guide domestic enterprises, improve project management level, and constantly improve the real estate construction field construction efficiency and quality of management, so as to realize enterprise benefit and social benefit of the common upgrade, promote domestic real estate construction field and even the whole construction industry’s healthy development.In this paper, through the empirical analysis, to select a domestic real estate projects as the analysis object, infer other things from one fact derived from the domestic real estate construction project progress management deficiencies and problems, and in-depth analysis. This paper selects Qingdao Aerospace Electronics Industrial Park project as an empirical analysis of the object, in view of the current situation to find out the effect of the progress of the project to carry out the project of the main factors and problems, and further the cause of the problem, given the targeted measures and suggestions, while the use of project management theory, based on the practical experience of project management, the establishment of a new project schedule management methods, constantly improve the domestic real estate construction project management flexibility and scientific, make construction enterprises achieve higher operating efficiency.This paper analyzes the Qingdao Aerospace Electronics Industrial Park project construction progress, according to the existing problems such as schedule objectives, management method, fuzzy stiffness of emergency measures such as irrational, puts forward the solution, such as specific project management group work responsibility, build the project management framework, to increase flexibility and its mechanism, and its use in the progress of the project management practice, believe to be able to achieve good results. Due to the Qingdao Aerospace Electronics Industrial Park project has certain delegate sense, so this paper on the basis of the formation of project schedule management method and theory, which has strong application range and maneuverability, help to enhance the management level of domestic construction enterprises.
