However, the enormous waste, high cost and long time are making cold chain logistics to face the unprecedented pressures and challenges. For that reason, to layout the vehicle routing problem of cold chain logistics reasonably with scientific method, to set out feasible transport program, to carry out rapid and efficient transport system of cold chain logistics, is a very valuable topic.This paper, based on analyzing the characteristics of cold chain logistics seriously, thinks the various possible costs in the vehicle routing progress, specifically including of effect of the cost of transportation as well as cargo damage cost of cold chain product and cooling cost in the transport progress, builds the basic model of cold chain logistics and transport vehicle scheduling with the goal to minimize the cost, and further taking into the characteristics of arrival time that cold chain logistics customers demand harshly.In the basic model add the penalty cost function which produce because of thinking the soft time windows, then get the final model of the cold chain logistics and transport vehicle scheduling problem. And this paper use the improved tabu search algorithm to solve. Finally, this article verified the model is reasonable and effective through an numerical analysis of cases.On the cold chain logistics and transport vehicle scheduling problem for scientific research, to achieve efficient distribution transport systom of cold chain producte which have very vital significance to the enterprise and the society. Speaking of the enterprise, the optimized allocation route, may raise the transport efficiency, to send the perishable products to the customs quickly and timely as far as possible to reduce the transport cost; not only can enhance the customer degree of satisfaction enormously, but also raises the efficiency of the enterprise.Speaking of the society, it not only may save the carrier vehicle and social cost, realies the optimization and upgrading of economic, but also can ensure the health of the people.
