Study On The Design Of Helingeer B & B

With the improvement of living standards,national people have a more diverse knowledge of traveling,and more and more people choose to travel to the countryside for idyllic scenery and customs along with practices there.The rise of rural tourism relieves the pressure on tourist attractions,solves the problem that there are crowds of people in the attractions on holidays and festivals,and furthermore facilitates communication between urban and rural areas,solution to rural employment and improvement of rural income.Recently,in districts,cities and provinces of China,the authorities make a series of arrangements for developing rural tourism and give priority to developing rural leisure travel,and thus the rural tourism is confronted with unprecedented development opportunities.Under such a background,B&B(Bed and Breakfast)springs up like mushrooms.Nowadays,B&B is developing in many areas of China,and the design of B&B will be distinctive because of different geographic location and cultural environment.At present,there are many B&B being developed in many areas of China,especially in southeast coastal areas where the rural reform and planning started earlier and thus the is designed to be perfect.In contrast,the economy,nature and culture of the north is weaker than that of the south,leading to backward northern B&B.According to the comparative analysis of cases of outstanding domestic and foreign B&B,it is found that the common advantages is seizing the local characteristics,so this paper considers the B&B full of the regional culture is the prerequisite for design of B&B,and in terms of design of the northern B&B,the slavish imitation is not allowed,and it is necessary to find out the characteristic of the north.The government of Helingeer in Inner Mongolia has promulgated a lot of policies to support the local rural tourism,and the rich culture in Danangou Village provides the basis for the construction of local B&B,and the uniquenatural environment and cultural atmosphere drives the publicity for local tourism and culture.The research process of B&B design in Danangou Village of Helingeer is as follows.Firstly,the analysis of development of B&B at home and abroad is given to summarize that excavation of local features is the key point of development of B&B,and furthermore,it comes to the conclusion that refining the design concept is the prerequisite for the design of Helingeer B&B;secondly,according to the design concept,the analysis is given from two aspects of natural environment and cultural heritage to extract design elements conforming to the theme of the concept,and the interactive activities planning is also launched for the sake of the room for these activities;finally,it is the end of the research of the B&B design full of characteristics of Helingeer.Through this research on the B&B design in Danangou Village,the deficiencies can be summarized to provide a reference for developing rural tourism and perfecting the B&B design full of local characteristics.
